New program i made that let you change the main background and also the model in-game.

Only Darky can do that. It seems versatile. If its necessary, contact Darky and he may think of uploading it.

Thats only if you change it in a way thats noticable to the people on bnet. If you change the main menu (this usually will change the backround) I dont think they can tell. At least they havnt banned me and ive changed the backround about 3 times.

And i was wondering why we cant upload tools. I dont think many people will really do it so moderating it wouldnt be very hard.
