How to make a unit, have minus regenaration

when I try to make it minus (hp regeneration rate), it goes to zero, the only way I can make it is by using the pheonix and chagng him around and -25 is to much, how did blizzard make the pheonix with -25 hp regenration?

The phenix has an ability (I think) that allways decreases it's hp

click the allow negative values button in variables
then just type -25 in the field

It's quite easier to hold down the shift button and then press the value, then download WEU and then press the button!
SHIFT + DOUBLE CLICK + CHANGE THE VALUE TO WHATEVER YOU WANT!
