Well, that depends on what firewall you are using. You could always go to Blizzard's technical support and they may help you.#3
if u have a router find out how to access the router (i forget the usual ip) and enable whatever ports u need, it its software i dunno, ur gonna have to find out whats putting it up and how to disable it
