Breath of Fire Buff without Drunken Haze

Hey folks,

Can someone let me know a good way to get effected units to catch on fire as if they had Drunken Haze (panda) effect on them prior to a Breath of Fire attack? I just want to cast Breath of Fire on them and have them catch fire.

Just change the skill Breath of Frost (i think it is) around cuz it alrdy makes the units take damage over time.
