when WE crashes or freezes does anyone know if that is a cd related problem or computer related problem, cuz if its a cd related problem cant i just buy a program that lets me download the game to the hardrive so i can play withought a disk?

Probably a pc-related problem, the cd is only needed when starting WE. Btw no one will give you a link for a no-cd-tool here.

if the problem is pc related is there any way i can fix it and do you have the same problems?

reinstall warcraft / windows (always the best solution )

Sorry, it's difficult to find reasons for your problem as I don't have your pc in front of me. btw no, never had problems with WE, all the crashes I had in WE where my fault
