I don't think you can. Only .jpg is allowed.

Right-click on a picture, go in Properties, see its URL and copy and paste it in your signature, cloistered between two [img ] tags.

i am rather sure you can have anything as long its an image file i had .png .gif .jpeg in my signature at random moments

My sign is in : D:\documents\antoine\signature
and is named Pins.gif.

Hum... To add pictures to a signature, it must be on a website so you can see its web URL. If it is on your machine it doesn' t work... You need to submit it.

You have to go to an Image Hosting site, like
Image Shack .
