I downloaded the Warcraft III Art Tool and Gmax.
Now...how am I supposed to make it work...?

You open it up and install it, read turotials, and i sugest you dont use primary shapes, and learn to block.

I don't think WC3 Art Tools is comptiable with gmax... It is compitable with 3D Studio Max 4 though.

No, the Art Tools are not compatable with gmax. IF you want to learn how to model with gmax, I suggest reading this tutorial.
