1. Loading Screens – all loading screens go into this section.
2. UIs – All custom UI’s can go in here.

actually we need to be able to import voices for units.

There are not more than 1-2 UI or Loading screens. I dont think such a category is necessairy yet

Loading Screen - People should make their loading screen by themselves. It gets rid of a map's uniqueness (example, you a map with the same custom loading screen)

UI - As Darky said, unnecessary. Such advanced game change isn't needed unless the MOD/map is really needs it.

But, sounds shud be able 2 be uploaded, so u can specify a soundset 4 a unit like icons, or give good music.

Illegal, how so? It's not like your selling them or anything. If it was illegal to download sounds and musics, don't you think it would be illegal to download skins and models? Not to mention, if illegality were the case, places like OC Remixes would have been sued and shut down long ago.

yea. you think software like neonapster and e-mule are unknown? got em for free and i use them for dling s***, and if anyone needs music i get it for them. its just like burning a cd.

Mecheon didn't make himself clear. The reason we're not going to have a music section is because most people will upload copyrighted music that is illegal. Not too many people compose their own music. Darky is worried about any issues he could run into, therefore it's not going to happen.

Then if that ever occurs, then maybe we need a moderator.
