Should there be a new category for Skin requests then?

As far as understood. Requests we're to be send my email to the requester.

wc3sear here offers a skin section easy upload for anyone and I have to email the requester his/her skin thats just abit...

I think having a section for skins requested isn't a bad idea. As long as it wouldn't show up in any kind of public appearance with the ones meant for public DL.
