Deforming? No...thats how the Japanese draw themselves...its the same way, say, with Dexters Laberatory or the Powerpuff Girls in American cartoons...do they look real? No, thats just how Americans draw cartoons.
I dunnno...havent seen much history of Asians in white hats supressing the "black peoples" as you say, nor how Anime could be interpreted as such. No more then Hollywood does, I suppose...since the only difference between Anime and Hollywood is that one is animated.

There is those mean racists that wears white hats are shows meaningless hatred towards black persons, they're a group of person hating a certain object/person. my hate towards a certain object ( anime ) is higher than those mans i previously named. i mean, why deformating persons, i found that an attempt to destroy the human values by some extradimensionnal entities with a brain scheme made to destroy any values and priorities of encountered races.

That mainly depends on the character designer. Some focus on realistic characteratures while others exaggerate...but again, thats just how they draw themselves. The Japanese has always put extra emphesis on the eyes because they believe that they are the most expressive part of the body. Thats why the eyes are usually large. In the less-realistic styles, when you see someone with yellow hair...its yellow, not blonde...stuff like often throws people off...like the same way blue or purple hair is realistic...just more exaggeration.
If you watch more anime like Jin Roh or Perfect Blue, you'll get character designs more characteristic toward asians. But thats the glory of anime...variety.
You may think that anime-style may not resemble the asian race, but then again I don't think Johnny Bravo or Dexter really resembles the anglo race, either...thats just how exaggeration in cartoons work. -VGsatomi
yeag but in nearly all of the animes i see, they have lighter colored skin, take your avatar for exmaple, opposing the fact that most all japanese people have darker colored skin. oha and mostly those cartoon characters look really wierd becuase its supposed to be funny.
