Extracting Icons

Extracting Icons

I've extracted many icons, but i keep running into a problem. I download the iconpack and whatnot, but when i go to extract it there is nothing to extract, i've read the message about it may show up blank and hit extract all, but it doesn't work i just get the window that pops up saying where do u want to extract it to and i hit ok, but it doesn't go through. Any suggestions?

Try a different zip program .

Im using Winzip i beleive or maybe its just standard xp program. Any other programs u'd recommend?
