eej dudes i was wondering how to alpha out things on a skin if you could help me i would be very greatfull

What image editing program are you using?

GIMP

I've heard of GIMP but never had a chance to use it. I use Paint Shop Pro for alpha so I can't really help you. I'm not sure if you can alpha with GIMP because I havent heard that you can.
