Leave him alone, its his first skin. Sopho, your a moderator you should know better. As for the skin... make the blue lighter, and the green darker... its way too bright right now. Keep at it and you will have some good skins coming along.

Try makeing it less like an orc maybe something new like freehanding the thing instead of just coloring him a diff color.

First redo the face completely and shade alot, always make sure you shade before submiting,

Use a image host like http://www.imageshack.us/ to host your sklin before submitting so you can get crits.

wtf, all what you did didnt helped you at all, it didnt extended your skinning abilities. i suggest making a new skin, a creative skin. but the fact you did a recolor by retracting like you did means you must not be very good at skinning. do the viewers here a favor, do not post it here, it will get deleted anyway. i suggest a lot of pratice, especially in drawing. dont do drawings, pratice and pratice. you really need pratice, it looks like you had my artistic abilities when i was 9. do something more original than recoloring, it may not look amazingly good, but it will be already thousand times better than a recolor. have faith in yourself, you can do a whole new skin, dont be so dependant on the previous skin, try to impress the maker of the skin, dont try to copy him.

by the way;
