Spell+Weather effect

Im currently working on a spell that when casted should cause a Weather effect called "Wind(heavy)" in an area of 1500 around the Caster unit.

Does somebody knows the exact trigger to do this???
please be exact im not experienced on triggers

Use the Environment - Create Weather Effect trigger to create the desired effect. Use the Environment - Turn Weather Effect On/Off to make it visible.
