Is there a tool to let me use more terrain tiles?

I was to make some nice terrain with a variety of tilesets at once. The editor limits you so you can only use so many types of tiles. Is there a tool that will let me use more tile types at once?

You can already set your custom tiles in WE or with WEU Enhancer.

Well, I know how under the advanced menu there is an option that lets you use multiple tilesets at once. The problem is that there is a limit to the amount of different tiles you can choose. Is there a program that will remove that limit, or at least lessen it?

Use WEU, and click on the button "Create new Map"
