I NEED HELP BRINGING MY SKINS TO LIFE!!!!!!! (pathing)

I made the skins, imported them and then i tried making my footman look like that bye doing the whole model thing but it said that there weren't any usable imported files.

plz help me!!!

Skins automatically apply themselves to their models when the correct path is implemented
