I cant find it, am i crazy or is this stuff just mad hard to find.

We simply download WC3 Viewer (download in tools section) extract the skin with its tree view list (open up the mpq first)

Extract the skin you want to edit to a 32bits .tga.

Now open up your image editing program and skin it. Do not skin the black parts. Use the zoom tool to get a better view.

When your done, save it as a .tga. Use WC3 Viewer to convert it to .blp import it into your map and add the correct path for the skin.

With WC3 Viewer of course.

Click on the button of the MPQ on the toolbar of WC3 Viewer and open up war3x.mpq the treelist view will be refreshed then, and you can then browse for TFT skins/models.
