1) you need WC3 image extractor II2) Extract the cursor you want (human,orc...)
3) load it in photoshop, Paint Pro or any program for graphic editing
4) do the cursor as you want
5) save it(duh)
thats it

That'll basically skin a existing Wc3 cursor... it won't be custom... I don't think he'll want that.

I see. So if you want to make one by yourself, get a model program and model a cursor
Of course, you'll need to read tutorials...ElfWarfare - ????? Hes not having difficulties with skinning here.
