How do you make "hidden" spells visible?

Spells like channel, tornado aura, and some other spells dont show in the button area in game, even though they are in use and you can see them when you learn them as hero abilities. Is there a way to make these visible?

They only way is to make a dummy skill like an aura that targets no one or a crit with 0% no damage.
Then make a trigger that adds the real spell to the hero when they learn the dummy aura/crit.

Modify Button position, disable "item ability" and make sure that the icon isn't getting buimped off the screen by another ability.

Are you sure this works Maker Person? I tried it too but it didn't work for me. Perhaps because I tried with a lower version. Now I have 1.16 as well (yay!).

1. Instead of using the tornado aura use a endurance aura with a negative movement speed. (You can allow negative values in ((File->Preferences and then it should be right over the mouse scroll speed.)

2.What does the channel ability actually does?

I think that its just used for its art. That's how it was used in one of the Blood Elf/Naga missions.

The channel abilty is used for art, but in my experience it is mainly used for setting off trigger-based abilities.

@Daelin: I'm pretty sure, I've never had that problem though. But my idea should work.

Hmm... Then it should work Maker Person. I'll try that later and come with a result. Though the slow aura for tornado, let's face it, it's cool made :D.
