Text Editing Help

After you edit the text when editing a model, how do you save it as an MDL file? With my program (Wordpad), I can only save as text files. Is there a special converter for this, or am I missing something?

Help would be greatly appreciated please.

Just exit it and it'll ask you if you want to save the changes. Just say yes and its done

Edit: Wait...Hmm. Word Pad still says "text only". I'll try another text program.

Edit2: Darn, no luck with Word Perfect. I'm starting tohate that program. Ugh, my Notepad program won't even come up. I'm outta ideas...

When you save it there should be a field at the bottom that says save as file type. Change that to al files and then save the file as *modelname*.mdl.

Okay, I'll try that, except I think I tried it once and ended up with a text file named "Model.mdl"

But I'll try it again anyways, thanks.
