ok i have paintshop pro 9, how do i skin/model with this?

so yea, how do i model or skin with paintshop pro9, do i need to dl sumthing in order to open up the wc3 models or wat?

Any way

1) you need WC3 image extractor

To extract the skin you want and then load it in
photoshop, paintshop pro and do it as you like

2) for modeling you need 3ds max, milkshape....
NOTE:you cant do the models in photoshop or paintshop pro only skins for them
