I read somewhere where it was once but I forgot. Can some1 tell me where you can change the max lvl and how much str adds to hp ECT. Please

o thats an easy one... its under game constants along with like 1000 others ^^ theres how much damage added per attribute and speed bonuses and all kinds of stuff... look carefully!
