Help! Whenever I open WinMPQ, it crashes and says something about the link being wrong! Whats wrong?

Try re-downloading it and extracting the files to a different folder.

Tried that, it just gives me the same message:

WinMPQ.exe- Unable to Lacate DLL

The dynamic link library VB40032.DLL could not be found in the specified path C:\Program Files;.;WINNT\System32;C\WINNT\System32;C:WINNT\System32Wbem;C\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI Control Panel.

Hmmm, I think a .dll is missing or something, or perhaps its your system...

Have you install "RunPack3" and "Vbr4"?

Hmmm... no. Did they come in the zip with the file?

Uhm Im having some problems too with WinMPQ, but not the same thing. Plz look at my forum post, Help With WinMPQ. (I named it badly, so it looked like I was giving help )
