It's a german luger. The ugliest pisotl I know. Just as ugly as the dreaded ak-47. The rocket truck, is it one of those american paladin super artillery things? With a range of 200km (!).

Yes I saw it on a Discovery ducumentary about artillery things. However I couldn't find it on wikipedia. I could only find some howitzer name paladin, not this rocket things.
