help plz with this model

i downloaded that and it came with a skin. but i dont know what to put for the skin and the website doesnt say wat to use. when i import the model and all, the model, i see the shadow but nothing else.

Well i think theres a skin for it... but i did get it to work....

you will see war3importedTheCaptain.blp

delete war3imported

you will also see war3importedTheCaptainSailes2.mdx

delete war3imported.

Oh yeah and heres some information: save your map once you do the paths and everything and then exit and then restart World Editor.
