Um..I don't think you know what i ment. I want all USER players to be able to uppgrade the computer's units...But i will try it out

So you want a trigger that detects when a player researches a tech, and then apply that tech to a computer player?

Well, actually, I guess I just told you how to go about it, in a general way.
