I CANT GET MY SKINS TO WORK! PLZ HELP IM A NOOB TO THIS

Ok i downloaded this shaman skin but i dont kno wat to do next some one plz help me out.

next:
-Start up World editor.

next:
-import skin with the built in importer (if useing tft)

next:
-double click the imported file and change the path of the skin to the correct path either where you dled the skin or in the readme that came with the skin.

next:
-save map, and close WE.

next:
-restart WE, open map.

Or simply read oz02's importing skin tutorial. If you still don't understand, read the same posts for the people who didnt understand still to get it to work in the tutorial.
