This spell is tough... Drag lv1 drags an enemy hero with you, that hero takes 20 damage when you move. last for 4 sec. (the affected hero follows you btw)
lv2 drags an enemy hero with you, that hero takes 25 damage when you move. last for 5 sec. (the affected hero follows you btw)
lv3 drags an enemy hero with you, that hero takes 30 damage when you move. last for 6 sec. (the affected hero follows you btw)
I think you got it wrong, this spell is not base on the entagling roots spell, the targetted hero follows you, as if u were draggin him. And because of the dragging, he takes damage.
Obviously made with JASS IMO. It can be done with triggers as well but easier as well. Hmm, thinking about non-JASS, I may have a solution but it's not exactly like you requested the spell. You can change the ownership of the unit to Neutral Passive and have it do what the hero does (which means that if the hero moves the unit moves as well...). I think you can just make it patrol and have as a target the unit. I'm not sure though...
