2. what do you mean? the world editor comes with wc3, just look in the directory where you installed wc3.

Well did you ever used programs like Total Commander/My computer/Win explorer?

If you did you could have noticed that the world editor comes with an original wc3.
You can even see it in the start menu.

Anyway do you only use your computer to play? Never tried any non-game program??

This is a bit off topic. But to answer it:

GO to your warcraft III folder and look for the world editor .exe file. Click on it and there you go.

World Editor comes with Warcraft III. Just look at your warcraft III folder in program files...-_-;
