MY MODEL DIDNT WORK HELP!!!!!

Can anyone help me, why doesnt my model that i downloaded work?? (I got that green black thingy)
PLEASE I'M NEW TO THIS THE ANSWER HaS TO BE SIMPLE!

A simple answer for a simple mind:

- Look at models' download page.
- Look at paths for files marked in light green.
- After importing, choose "custom path" for each file, and change them as shown on the models' download page.
- Save map, close worldeditor, open worldeditor again, open map again.

Um..... uh.....
so the paths were wrong?
where do i find the right paths and which do i change em?

Thanks for the help guys it'll come in handy...
but i do have one question when u download a skin does it need to be put on a creep?

Why a creep? i has 2 be put on a Model, u know how?

Skins automatically apply themselves to their models... you cant decide what to put on.
