Makura Lobsters Campaign
I'm considering creating my first campaign, where you would have mostly Lobsters as well as other Sunken Ruins units. Obviosly modified units to have a techtree, upgrades, abilities, etc. I've already created a "demo" map, with about 75% of the units but it has some errors. Before I go ahead and create 10 levels i want to know if its worth the time and effort.
Well, a lobster-based campaign seems a little limited. Some amount of variety and interesting differences create some of the dynamic that makes a campaign interesting.
However, if you keep that in mind and build a campaign that has innovative techniques to keep your armies interesting, I wouldn't hold it against you.

Heres what i've got so far (Instead of Makura I've called them Lobstrokk, based on the unit sound set and it sounded cooler)
Tidal Lord (Hero) - Purple Makura (tinted so he looks reddish) Lobstrosity (Fighter) - Red Makura Lobstrokk Hunter (Ranged) - Green Makura Lobstrokk Contraption (Siege) - Orc Catapult (Reign of Chaos Style) Hermit Shaman (Spellcaster) - Hermit Crab (enlarged of course) Oktonokk (Spellcaster) - Dalaran Reject (supposed to look like octopus) Worker Crab (Worker) - Crab (size increased slightly)
I'm thinking either a Sea Giant of large Spider Crab for a heavy melee. The Hermit Shaman's attack is Siege, not magic, for en extra siege attack. I cant think of a flyer but might use Couatl or Dragon.

Enemy spellcaster, hmmm. Should sound pirate-like. Spells would be like Water attacks or Undead stuff or Curses. Name...? Hmm, tell me if you can get a good name for it. Otherwise I only need air units for you and enemy. Heres some ideas i've got: Lobsters - Couatl, Dragon, Fairie Dragon, Chimaera Pirates - Sky Barge or Zepplin w/ attack, Gryphon Rider
There aren't may options for flyers, escpecially Neutral Hostile.
