Fading Black

I need to make it in my cinimatic mode so that the screen fades black, but I can't find any actions to do that.

Should be under ``cinimatic- apply filter/fade filter over ??? seconds`` or something along that lines, or ``cinimatic- fade in and out over ??? seconds.``
