When you request something in the requests forum singularly, theres a 75%+ of your request being replied and done. Its like that because people are usually very busy.

To use Oinkerwinkle's tools, you need Yogbul's file converter, and the War3viewer which is found in the tools section of this website. There are some tutorials on Oinkerwinkle's website if you need help.
Gmax is a free modelling tool that you can use but it will be kind of hard...
