But im totally lost about him...
He talks like a professional review person and has a little blizzard symbol in the corner of his name, and gives out little "Dande" awards.

Is he actually an important person or someone acting important?

Dande, a member on this site claiming to be employed by Blizzard who is very knowledgable about WoW. Anyway, I don't think he comes here anymore, I pmed him a question about WoW nearly a month ago and he hasn't responded. And I haven't seen any comments or posts by him for a long time.
