Contest of public choice
The subject of this contest will be decided by vote.Rules:
-your work must be your own work.
-it must be brand new; the focus [in my mind] of contests on this site is to get new resources up for download, thus helping the online mapping community.
-It must fit at least loosely under the chosen topic.
For example, if the chosen topic is goblins, it can just be a huge machine that looks to be of Goblin maufacture.
-try to be innovative. if the topic is orcs, for example, try not to make a stereotype orc brutish guy.
-I beleive that contests are about helping the mapping communnity. Please post your final project in the DL section for the benefit of all.
-HAVE FUN
-Models and skins only
-Must comply with site rules
This contest in particular is supposed to be about having as much freedom in what you're making as possible. If you find the chosen topic too restraining, tell me.
-The deadline will depend on the chosen topic, and so will be posted when a decision is reached.
-I am not authorized to give prizes, so I guess the prize is satisfaction and bragging rights.
While non-unit stuff is an option, if that is not chosen, you can make non-unit things that fit under the chosen topic. For example, if the topic is Burning legion, you can make some evil-looking items.
And dont panic because the Horde has 100%. Its because at the time of my writing this, there is only one vote.
Dammit, why did it delete the poll when i edited it? oh well, better fix it...
Darn when i fixed it it brought the old options back... ok just ignore the short versions of the options. Like pick Night Elf Sentinel- (druids anceints forest spirits cute little faerie things)
instead of the shorter 'The Sentinel'.
Just choose from the long options, not the short ones.
