Ok i know how to make it so if you select a unit he talks, but this guy did a really cool thing where he had an ability "talk" and when you press it nothing happens unless ur right next to a unit, i was wondering how you could do this. Also does anyone know how to post a screeny...

Thats pretty easy. Just make a selection even with a "unit within range" condition and a play sound action. WOuld be something like this.

Event-
(player) selects a unit

Condition-
Triggering unit is eual to (whatever unit)
Unit/Hero is within (distanc) equal to True

Action-
Display text message containing (text)
Play (sound) <---speech
