I need some help with a trigger

I m making a (mtg)map but the trigger isnt working I ll explaine what the trigger must do:
It is the meaning that a mtg creature called dromar the banisher haves an ability to turn creatures back to their mana caster (starting point) but he must not move structures so reply and say u can help and I send the map I ve uploaded the map to this site http://www.wc3sear.ch/?p=Maps&Category=&Authors=Flaming.FiSt the trigger is named Dromar Spell

i cant load the map. ive tried extracting it and it wont work sry.

dude i'd love to help and i spent like and hour tryin to get that map up and the extract worked on all my other zip files i just cant get it up so sry man but if u could fix it or somthin or need some other triggs u need done i would love to help. sry
