Either Gimp or Wc3veiwer is not working for me

hello id like some help im a new skin on the block and wondering why my Wc3veiwer is fliping my skins over i convert files and test and the skin is all Haywire plz help somebody

1. Re-download WC3 Viewer.
2. WC3 Viewer usually has no problems, so it could be GIMP itself. Make sure all programs are not missing any files.
