Extraction for Editing

How can I extract the skins to edit them on my Mac?!?
The only extracts on the Tools are for Windows!!!

there are 4 things that can extract:
WinMPQ
War3Viewer (I like 2.3b because it doesn't freeze, but 2.3c can read all models but can freeze)
PowerMPQ
War3 Image Extractor II

I can PM you a skin that I extract because I have windows. Just let me know what u need
