This might sound like a stupid question, but here it goes....

How do you get a shop to sell custom items?

when you open the object editor, find the tab units, its the default page.

Find the shop you're using at neutral passive - buildings.

click the shop, and all its info will appear, there, will be a string: 'Items sold' double click that to edit it, and add your custom made items.
