Vampire Windbreaker

I such for a cool ability with 3 Levels for this Vampire Hero from my campaign it is the Illidan with a skin. http://img55.exs.cx/my.php?loc=img55&image=InfestonUpdated.jpg
The spells name is Vampire Windbreaker.The Hero strikes with his wings and damage all units in the range 700 around him. All units Units in this range are pushed back.
Damage Level 1:90
Damage level 2:180
Damage Level 3:270
There must be any storm effects in the spell.

This is just what Arksword made with the Pushback Nova skill. Use it as a base and change animations as you wish.

At First:I have tried this and i couldn't see the special effects of all things:Blood,Explosions.
At Second: I need an ability with three levels not one.

For the effects... You can make them yourself or by changing his own effects. Secondly, you can make three levels but putting the damage of the ability in three IFS:

IF - Level of (Knockback Nova) for (Casting Unit) is equal to 1.

And you use this IF For all three levels. Other questions?
