The best way to obtain resources from other people's protected maps is by asking them. At this forum you shall not be told how to unprotect maps, read the FAQ above on map protection. So i reckon you should contact the author of that map, and go on from there.
(i CAN get those models out, but i'm not gonna help you if the author doesn't want you to have them.)
How many times do you people have to hear that you shouldn't discuss map protection or unprotection on this site? If you want a resource/trigger/whatever, just ASK the author!
