Suggestions:
Improve teeth
Improve face
Add more fire, improve the texture because red doesnt do.
Some dark parts need to be lightened.

Teeth = my mistake, they already own.
Face = Cripple it abit more and add more lighting and darking. Add more flames. If you want to, enlarge the skin to increase its quality and what you can do with it, its possible.

Looks good, but maybe you can do something with the cloth that trails behind him. The Portrait is awesome.
