Thinking...

Ok why don't you make a very general and basic rule, think before you type anything, like, "Will this help the person in anyway?" Because I just had two people writing in my threands that is as bright as a pumpkin I mean what is going on with the youth today!?

You can recognise if a person IS HONEST to help you.

Let me do a poll. Read it throughly.

1. Is the person who wanted to help you a spammer?
A) YES. B) NO. C) Don't know.

A) > Spammers usually post to help just for a post count, which they sometimes forget to help you or lie.

B) > Non-spammers usually help as they are honest and take you seriously.

C) > Don't know. People would not recommend new users to help them as they may not have experience.

2. Is the person active/contributed well?
A) YES B) NO C) Donm't know

A) > If yes, you'd know the person would contribute to you as well, so, theres a very good chance of your help being fufilled.

B) > Possibly not.

C) > Check what kind of help have they done in the past. Good enough? Attempt to trust.

3. Does the person have a good experience and confidence?

A) YES B) NO

A) > Good experienced users know alot about the site and previous help from other people as they have seen others like you. They should be capable and understand you easily.

B) > Not really a good one. Poor experience and confidence can lead to difficulties for the person and failure or problems.

I hope you found that useful.

*releases held breath*

Okay...*ragaines composure* let me get this straight *clears throat* ...you are actually asking people to THINK??...Can you possibly comprehend just how much you are asking for...?

I agree with everything Sopho said.

"What's up with the youth today?"

hmm...where to begin...oh where, oh where, oh where....

Not having to be accountable for your actions online would be a very good start. No level of parental supervision would be a good start. Parents not teaching their kids or ENFORCING their teachings of how to be polite or even hospitible to others would be a good start. No sense of right from wrong or NO CARE TO DESTINQUISH BETWEEN would be a good start. Wannabe rebelious attitudes spawned form immaturity would be a good start...shall I continue...?

People these days don't care about thinking carefully on their requests really (unless if its a big project/request) they will just appreciate whoever gets it done. Simple.

Simply when they keep on posting without thought, they always get blamed. And yes, why is the youth so foolish?
