i think the moderators shouldn't delete thins people post right away, i think the mods should let thing stay up a while and thyen delete if its not doing good

I can already anticipate the first reply to this from the other skin mods. It will probably sound something like:
``follow the subittion guideleines and they wont be deleted.`` Which is in all actuallity true. Food for thought.

Yup. The reason it's deleted is because it's bad. Not because the moderators are fags.

OR because it was stolen. Corse then I ban you as well

should a resource get any better after, lets say, 4 hours ?
It would still be bad, hence deletion.

If you wanna improve in skinning, ask in the skin-forum, that's what the forum is made for.

Umm... I had a suggestion though it might be pretty stupid. What about a noob section or something? Heh, it would be pretty good for such persons who wanna give a try. If so, nobody would have what to comment if they post in the wrong place, right? Well... just a suggestion.

in my opinion unnecessary traffic spend. btw, who would downlaod crappy skins/whatever? when so. should need suggestions/help, he should post it in the forum.

Before anyone uploads any resource, they need to double check to see if the resource had broken any rule for that section. Also, its your fault for upload a violating resource.

I give a skin 2 hours of feedback, unless its a horrible recolor or just hidious. The people you submit the really bad ones often ask why, so I tell them. That has worked out pretty well so far.

Rules are Rules I say.

Obey them and everything will be ok and one more thing... like Konblade said I give them some time then delete them unless they are recolor.

To support them, my suggestion is a message after the resoruce had been uploaded. Such as:

Thanks for uploading your resource! Please read these rules to check if they had not broken any rule.

what about, before the sumbmission can be sent, there is checkable boxes that must be checked, each box have a line about a rule? eh.. i say keep the deletetion tolerence, and teach the folks how to skin, the persons that have the basics of skinning here can be counted on fingers, this is an alarming fact, a lot more persons here should know this very basic, so they stop saying stuff like "omg pins i worship u 5/5".

That will be more of an annoyance for people that already follow the rules, and people that don't , will check them all Assuming they are following them
