Im new... and Ive been trying to search the whole site on where i could send in my maps... do I need to submit it by email? Ive read the rules section but it doesnt tell on how to submit...

When you're logged in, check the upper right corner. There should be a link called "Add/Update Resources".Click it and follow the instructions
