people say ur metal effect is clouds. But if you looks closely, clouds can go in certain patterns, and gradients can look as good as that.

Pins, if i am to make a guess on your 'effects', then it would never be a filter. More like a texture overlay or just layer effects in general.

he does use layers but there is no clouds or filters for his metal effects. I personly think the for best skinners are, pins, sanui, saikan, mr.pysco2000, and just SOMETIMES sopho
