I am having the biggest problem with wc3 skins and models i cant seem to get the skins i downloaded to be put on my guys i have tryed screwing around with everything... i have tryed the tutorial and thats the only one that worked it may be the ports but im not sure... does it matter where you save the skins? how do i know what is the ports name? i am completly deadlocked. the skins that i put in the only thing i can do with it is put the skin as an icon which is definatly not what i want... plz help me i have been stuck on this for so long!

Problem with models

when i bring in a model into my wc3 model viewer it will not let me do anything but rotate it around and how do u make your own custom model. i cant seem to modify it i cant even import the skins how can i do this any thoughts would be much appriciated

read my tutorial about using screenshots in WE, it has a short explanation on how to find out paths. oh and you cant edit models in wc3 viewer, thats just to extract models and skins, not edit them. you have to get a separate program for that lke gmax or oinkerwinkle's tools.

ok i got it but one last thing! your tutorial worked but i downloaded another skin and it had 2 blp. files and when i imported them i could not put the same ports
