is it possible to make a spell auto cast without enabeling it or with a trigger or like a raise skeleton aura????

No. You need triggers, otherwise you want to mod the game and twist the engine like that? Go ahead

The idea is that all spells you want to make auto-castable and are NOT auto-castable can be done with a little trick. You can just base the spell on an auto-castable one and make a trigger which creates a dummy unit and makes it cast the spell you want at the target unit of ability being cast.
