and i dont know wich program i need to use

there is NO "best" program to skin with. Some programs appeal to some persons, some to others. What matters is what appeals to YOU.

from my opinion the best is adobe by far. but alos teh most expensive.

From my opinion its Paintshop Pro, control is so much easier and it is cheaper.

but if i were you i would go with PSP (paintshop pro)
or PS (photoshop)

Its not the program thats makes it good its the user.
